Draft #1 causes & effects

Migration
Generally, people who emigrate are in search of better paid jobs abroad, and thanks to their hard work and savings, they send part of what they earn to their country of origin to help their families.

Causes: Some causes of migration, one of the first reasons and I think it is one of the most important is to seek a better paid job, then unemployment, underemployment, debts, the economy of the country

The first cause of migration is the seek of a better paid job.
Migrant workers contribute to the growth and development of countries of destination, while countries of origin benefit from remittances and the skills migrants acquire when they are outside their country.
Unemployment, the cause of forcing people to migrate
In the labor market, refers to the situation of the citizen who lacks employment and, therefore, salary. By extension, it is the part of the population in age, conditions and willingness to work active population that lacks a job. Of the main causes for which migration occurs could be unemployment.

Under-employment as a cause of migration
Occurs when a person trained for a certain profession or position cannot work because of unemployment, so he chooses to take minor jobs where he generally earns little.

Over-employment occurs when there is more work than a person should do.  Underemployment is understood to have been one of the causes for which migration occurs

Debts and economy of the country are some of the causes of migration
It is a mandatory payment commitment between two entities. If the word debt is used essentially to return money, that is, economic debt, a debt is also a moral concept.
The exit of citizens from a country reduces the pressure of the labor force, because in the medium term it produces a decrease in unemployment and an increase in the average salary. But it also causes loss of labor, which affects the ability to produce goods and services. The effect is aggravated if migrants have high levels of training; because the cost of losing them is higher. It is understood that one of the strongest causes of migration are the debts and the economy of the country of origin.

Reason that causes migration such as unemployment, over-employment, debts, the economy of the country of origin, these and some more are the main reasons for the migration of people.

Draft 1

What is the age for a child to learn another languaje?

The recommended age for  child to learn another languaje is seven years old, some advantages of learn at this young age other languaje could be: a more sociable child, a child with more confidence and independence, having learned with an almost nature accent

By learning a second languaje kids become more social,Dr. Katherine Kinzler, at Cornell University, tested monolingual and bilingual children on a task which required them to consider someone else’s perspective to understand her meaning. Children in bilingual environments PERFORM BETTER than monolingual children. As Dr. Kinzler explains, “children in multilingual environments have social experiences that provide routine practice in considering the perspectives of others: they have to think about who speaks which language to whom, who understands which content, and the times and places in which different languages are spoken.

When children can talk to people in their own language, children deepen connections and understanding, open doors around the world whether traveling, learning a foreign language (or two) increase connection opportunities and begin many benefits of bilingualism and have the ability to understand others, and they can speak to more people.

Also kids become an effective communicator Children who grow up in multilingual households are better communicators than those who are exposed to just one language, the researchers explain that children who hear more than one language spoken at home are used to keeping tabs on who speaks what to whom and the social patterns that are formed because of it, which helps them interpret a speaker's meaning and communicate more effectively.
Surprisingly, children don't have to be bilingual themselves to enjoy these benefits; merely being exposed to another language helps to strengthen their social communication skills.
Children who learn a second language learn to speak with others in society, and this therefore brings other benefits such as a child with more confidence and independence

Learning another language makes a child more independent from their parents, knowing another language as we mentioned before makes a child more sociable, so this brings a little independence of the child to his parents, facilitates communication with others people and makes parents not have the need to socialize for them or just the child with their parents.
Another benefit of the child's independence of languages could be that bilingual childrens achieve higher scores, according to studies, it will be possible to see that children who have learned another language, mainly english, have improved their grades in school, being bilingual grows kids brain that speaking more than one language increases the number of neural pathways in the brain, allowing information to be processed through a greater variety of channels. They are  better at task that require multi-tasking and attention focusing than monolinguals. Brain scans show they have more gray matter in the regions of their brain that are involved in executive function, and finally another benefit of learning another language at a young age could be learning another language with an almost native accent.

at this young age learning is made in a more natural way any other language, increase children’s skills in their native languaje, that children who study a foreign language do better in their native language than non-bilingual students, according to standardized tests, children who learn a second language begin to read earlier, and the advantage increases as soon as they are exposed to the second language . In addition, bilingual children were better in identifying grammatically incorrect sentences than monolinguals, in addition to all these benefits of learning a second language not only facilitates an endless number of things, but also helps remarkably to learn a third language.

To conclude all our ideas, the recommended age for a kid to learn other languaje is 7-8,some benefits could be a approachable kid,a autonomous child an a kid with a native accent.
